The Island

Natasha took the last few, Solomon walking with Easton. "How long have you known her?" He asked, wanting to fill in the silence.

Easton shrugged, "A few hours, you?" He asked, being grateful Solomon was willing to talk.

"Three years." Solomon smiled. "You must be special, she doesn't trust people this quickly." He added. "Come on slow pokes!" Natasha smiled shortly after, teleporting in front of them, walking backwards.

Easton smiled, 'I must be.' He thought so Natasha wouldn't get suspicious about what they were talking about. Easton picked up the pace, the muscles in his legs getting a little thicker so he could run faster.

Solomon smiled lightly, Natasha running ahead into the forest, down to the boat, which was washed up on the beach.

Soon Easton reached the boat as well, setting the fainted humans on the boat. He turned to Natasha, "So, think we should leave a note?" He asked her.

"Yeah!" Natasha smiled. "Um.. how about.. 'Don't come back, or else'?" She asked, wondering if anyone had any better ideas.

Easton smiled "Or maybe, this was a warning, don't come back." It still didn't sound quite right, a little juvenile.

"Or maybe we don't leave a message. The message will be the humans, telling everyone of the horrors of this island." Solomon suggested.

Easton looked to Solomon, "That's a good idea to keep others from the island, but these people saw some pretty crazy stuff, what's to make sure they won't think it a dream and come back?" Easton asked, "Though that is a pretty good idea."

"What if we leave a few with injuries?" Solomon smiled. "Solomon!" Natasha narrowed her eyes. "Then they'd have proof." He shrugged.

Easton saw Natasha's reaction before he had a chance to grin at them, "they'd also have proof that we're dangerous, I'm not sure if even I could survive a nuke."

Natasha sighed lightly. "Fine, but I don't have claws so you'll have to do it." She said, though touched one of the humans, making some of their skin turn blue, like her natural skin was. Solomon looked to her. "He'll think he's turning into what I am." She shrugged with a smile.

Eaton smirked, he'd never really attempted anything like that, he tried but it didn't work. Instead he grew some feathers and molted them, he went for the medical kit next and found some superglue, he glued his feathers to the chest of another man. "Luckily they had glue, most people just have butterfly bandages." He stated.

Natasha giggled lightly. "I really want to see their faces when they wake up." She smiled, applying her 'blueness' to a few peoples faces, chests and necks. Solomon applied a numbing agent to a few of them, scratching a few lightly. With the numbing, they wouldn't feel it, and they'd scare themselves by thinking they're mutating.

"I think that's everyone." Easton smiled as he stood back and looked at their work, he had only had enough glue to do one person with his feathers, but he assumed that one was the leader. "And I think I can picture their faces when they come to." Easton said, taking a deep breath as his eyes bugged.

Natasha laughed lightly, Solomon chuckling. "I'd better send them out, since I'm the only one to get their and back quick enough not to drown in the waves." She smiled, taking hold of the boat, disappearing with it, she pushing it in the direction away from the island, returning to the beach soaking wet. "I think that outta do it." She smiled.

Easton smiled as well, "can you teleport out of the water?" Easton asked, "I mean like you teleport and leave all the water that's making you wet here?" He seemed rather excited.

Natasha gasped slightly at the idea. "I don't know.." She murmured. "I've never tried that before." She smiled, quite excited herself. "I'm gonna try it." She grinned. It took her quite some time to actually manage it, but in small amounts. Slowly but surely, teleporting dry.

"Well," Easton said, "I guess you can, maybe you'd get better as we go along." He wasn't sure why but he just felt this wasn't the last humans who would try to reach the island, he assumed they would have many more adventures together.

"I'll have to keep practicing." Natasha smiled, Solomon smiling lightly, "Come on. I bet I can beat you both, twice, at racing through the forest." She smiled. "Without teleporting?" Solomon asked, raising an eyebrow. "Oh.. Never mind.." She looked down with a small smile, Solomon chuckling.

Easton laughed lightly to, "Come on, let's see if we can just enjoy a walk through the woods." The sky was blue with a slight tint of pink as the sun rose over the horizon.

Natasha nodded with a smile, looking around as they walked. It was literally the most perfect place to live. No litter in the forests, or on the beach. No poisonous fumes being emitted into the air. Everyone respected the plant life, and wildlife. No trees were cut down. News and messages were spread by talking to one another. Natasha didn't want humans arriving to pollute their way of life.

Easton was sure there were probably other mutants who produced toxic fumes and other harmful effects, but if they were here they would probably be living in a desert of their own creation, which he realized was kind of like a city.

Natasha continued to walk, they coming across Solomons cabin. "I'd better go in. Its almost time for me to shed by skin." He smiled, nodding a goodbye as he went inside. "Bye." Natasha smiled.
