Dragons: Wilderness/Town (Teens/Adults)

Hugh smiled back a thank you before he started eating, honestly he was ravenous, but he didn't want to throw all his manners out the window. he cut the meat up and ate it that way.

Erin smiled, exiting the room. Once she had Nick ate, they were fighting outside in the snow, though laughing. It was kinda fun for them. Erin left some cut up pieces for Rain and Chance, so it was easier to chew, and they were less likely to choke.

Hugh walked out and watched Nick and Erin fight he was used to the cold, like a Russian, but it was beginning to get colder, and he knew he would have to go inside after an hour or so.

"Come on! Stop being a girl!" Erin teased, managing to slip between his legs, kicking his chest when he turned around, Erin getting up whilst he was recovering from the blow. "You're gonna have to at least try and hit me." She teased. "What do you think I've been trying to do for the past 20 minutes?" Nick breathed.

Hugh grinned, he had had a rough time with Erin as well, but it was nice knowing it wasn't just him, although he hadn't used his dragon magic when they were fighting, it might give him the upper hand.

Erin smiled, pinning Nick with a thigh hold, he tapping out. Erin releasing him after a few minutes, laughing lightly.

Hugh laughed along with Erin and applauded, he just thought that was what anyone else would do.

Erin looked to where the clapping was, smiling and waving a little, Nick managing to trip and pin her. "Whose the little girl now?" He teased. "You." Erin smirked.

Hugh smiled at the way Erin and Nick sparred, he knew Nick liked her but also trusted Erin to keep anything from happening between them.

"Do you wanna get off me or do I have to kick your butt again?" Erin smirked, Nick getting up. "Good choice." She smiled, getting up then pushing him over when he tried to get up, running off as she laughed when he chased her.

Hugh chuckled a little and went back inside, he wasn't so sure how Rain and Chance would react seeing his new face, he might change back once this whole thing was over, unless Erin liked his new self better than his old one.

Erin and Nick walked back inside, both covered in snow. Erin sat in front of the fire, warming up. Nick getting her a blanket.

Chance ran to Erin, hugging her tightly. "Another bad dream, sweetheart?" She asked, Chance nodding, Erin cuddling him.

Chance had woken Rain up, but she was still in bed, which was warmer than the hallway outside.

Hugh came to sit in front of the fire, pretending to warm his hands so he could be a little closer to His wife and son. "What happen in dream?" Hugh asked, still managing to keep up his lack of knowledge of the English language.

Chance buried his face into Erin, watching Hugh quietly, Erin wrapping her blanket around him. "He's a little shy." Erin smiled. "What was it about, sweetheart?" Erin asked. "Monster." Chance said quietly.

Hugh nodded and turned back towards the flames, listening to what Chances dream was about. He didn't mind too much that Chance didn't recognize him, Hugh didn't recognize himself.

Erin listened to Chance. "Next time, remember that Mommy and Uncle Nick saves you and Rain, okay?" Erin smiled. "What 'bout Daddy?" Chance asked, Erin looking down lightly, Nick laying a hand on Erins shoulder, sitting next to them. "He saves you too." Nick smiled.

The side of Hugh's mouth perked a little when Nick told Chance he saved him as well as Erin and Nick, though he quickly schooled his face from loving pride to amazed wonderment.

"When can I see Daddy? Want to hug." Chance said softly, though he felt great protection and security from his mother, he liked the feeling when he hugged his father, even if it seemed like a long time since they last hugged. Erin looked to Nick, she couldn't tell Chance something which wasn't true.

Hugh looked to Chance, would he still hug the same way even though he looked like someone else? "I hug?" Hugh offered, he wasn't even sure if Chance was willing, since he was so shy.

Chance cuddled further into Erin, she smiling, she didn't know why but she trusted him. "Its ok, sweetheart. You can hug him if you want to." She smiled, Chance looked to Hugh, Erin helping him up, Chance doing his tiny run to Hugh, hugging him tightly. Erin and Nick smiling lightly.

Hugh held Chance in his strong arms, lowering his head so he could wrap Chance up in his strong embrace. He didn't have wings anymore but he still felt like he coulc protect Chance. "Better?" He asked.

Chance nodded. "You hug like Daddy." Chance smiled. "But Mommy hug me more, Daddy hug Rain more." Chance added, Erin looking to Chance. "No, sweetheart. We all hugged equally." She said softly.

Hugh smiled, he ad been paying a little more attention to Rain then Chance maybe he'd do that once Erin found out he was actually Hugh, which would probably happen after Hugh had found and dispatched the cause for Erin's and their childrens kidnapping.

"Come on then, Chance. We don't want you hugging too much. You might run out of them when its my turn." Erin smiled, Chance giggling as he returned to Erin, she hugging him when he sat in her lap. "So what's your name?" Erin smiled to Hugh.

Hugh looked to Erin, he hadn't found himself a name, so he said the first one that came to mind, "Vault" he said, since he did have a rather sturdy vaulting pole with him.
